If your new rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, our streamlined return process makes exchanges and refunds simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective packaging or equivalent heavy-duty plastic to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of the rug roll.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to arrange a convenient home pickup for larger area rugs.
